Caracolete Branco 2020 follows the same lines as its predecessor from 2015. The color shows a slight evolution as a result of skin maceration during fermentation. The nose is intentionally marked by herbaceous/vegetative notes on a citrus base. In the mouth it is structured, with excellent acidity and an almost spicy finish. This is intentionally a different wine for those looking to be surprised by a different interpretation of the traditional old hillside vineyards of Bairrada.
